JaMeS has made 2 new mods in the penguin portal and they are........Knavish and Splarkz  who better to be a mod than 2 lovely laidies i hope to be one somday but for now i like being a normal penguin with no responsibilities

i think its harder to be a mod on penguin portal because there are much more people. not like here only the mods practically post
